The Hayssen Academic Resource Center provides tutoring by
appointment or on a drop-in basis, develops individualized learning
plans, and coordinates support services for students with special
needs. Help with reading, note-taking, and study skills is available.
All services at the center are provided to students at no charge.

The Academic Resource Center is also one of the best kept secrets
on campus in terms of quiet and comfortable study areas and an
excellent computer lab.

Office Hours: 8:00 - 4:30 Monday through Friday,
with after-hours appointments available.

Career Development helps students to engage in self-assessment,
obtain occupational information, explore employment opportunities,
present themselves effectively as candidates for employment,
develop productive job search methods, and explore careers
through internships and other forms of experiential learning.

To carry out these tasks we offer workshops, seminars, internship
opportunities, individual counseling, setting up credential files and
access to the Career Resource Center.
